Wow, finally done!
This little piece was actually supposed to be about Fluttershy, but buck it, Rarity is awesome. I had to try out a lot of new things for the ocean, the sunrays and the clouds, but I'm overally very satisfied with this picture.
And look! It's lineless!

Originality Technique ImpactVision: Really great, i love the way you drew Rarity but the cutie mark seems a little off place, its either my computer or the drawing Either way its good
Orignalty: This is not that orignal just because some artists have done the same but with like other ponies and humans etc
Technique: Hair style, is great, drawing is great the technique is perfect, but what loses a point is how you didnt add much effort into the background's water, it just looks a bit plain
